Services provided
Goal
To make the Future Forward Global Marketing Meeting 2025 not just a moment of professional exchange, but a memorable, engaging, and seamless experience for all participants. Specifically:
- Ensure direct and continuous communication during the event;
- Encourage interaction and content sharing among participants;
- Celebrate Disaronno’s 500 years in a way that aligns with the brand’s values of innovation and Italian heritage.
Solution
For the fifth time, AND EMILI supported the Illva Saronno team in designing and delivering the event’s digital experience, through a three-layered strategy:
- AI Assistant on WhatsApp: an intelligent virtual agent able to provide real-time support, guide guests through the various activities, and collect feedback and questions.
- Live engagement: interactive polls, quizzes, and Q&A sessions to maintain attention and collect immediate insights, with real-time screen display of results in the conference room.
- Tailored multimedia content: custom-made videos, visuals, and digital storytelling designed to reinforce key messages and narrate the Italian Dolce Vita theme.
Activities carried out:
- Design and development of the AI Virtual Assistant, fully integrated with WhatsApp;
- Creation of custom conversational workflows to deliver practical info, manage Q&A, collect votes, and boost engagement;
- Ideation and production of original video reels, inspired by the “Disaronno 500 Years” theme and distributed throughout the event;
- Setup and real-time management of interactive activities: trivia games, voting, and Q&A sessions moderated through AI;
- Collection and curation of user-generated content, shared directly by participants via WhatsApp;
- Creation of slides and videos used by the speakers during plenary sessions as visual support for their speeches.
Results
The AI Assistant on WhatsApp achieved an adoption rate of over 95%, with 190 active users out of 199 participants. The results achieved over the three-day event in Rome were significant:
- 12.360 messages sent to participants with information, notifications, and personalized content;
- Over 3.624 messages received, confirming a continuous and two-way interaction;
- 190 multimedia files (photos and videos) spontaneously submitted by participants, supporting the event’s storytelling activities;
- 164 participants in the trivia game, demonstrating strong engagement in live interaction activities;
- 43 Q&A questions collected, moderated through AI and used to enrich the plenary sessions;
- 152 voters for the “Masters of Execution” award, thanks to a dynamic live voting session on WhatsApp.
These results highlight the solution’s effectiveness both from an organizational standpoint and in strengthening community engagement among Illva Saronno’s global network.
