It is through the User Experience that we model our consultancy. Our UX approach is a project guide, from the strategy to the final details.
What does our work start from? From getting to know users. We collect data through surveys, interviews with stakeholders and clients, market data. This is how we create models, like personas, to formalise what we have discovered.
We design the user's path outlining the customer journeys: in them we identify the main contact points with the brand, the online and offline channels, possible conflicts and the opportunities that we want to take.
Following the evolution of the client's digital journey is our daily challenge. Once outlined the customer journey, we design user interfaces (UIs) based on user experience principles and on contexts of use relevant to the project. We validate each passage through prototypes, in-house tests and with real users. Once the project has been released, we use methods of statistical and qualitative analysis (such as heatmaps) to improve the user experience.
