Social Strategy for the Global Channels
Working together with the Simonelli Group marketing department in devising a strategy for the brands' social media was a great opportunity for us to learn more about the world of coffee machines and the community of specialty coffee enthusiasts.
Our support is focused on coordinating the social media plan for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
The strategy is differentiated based on the targets of the Nuova Simonelli and Victoria Arduino brands, and the Simonelli Group's Linkedin corporate account is also taken care of.
Content production and community management are carried out in English.
Content curation involves both the production of new material and the selection and adaptation of content shared by customers, in different formats and in line with industry trends.
The challenge is telling the story of the coffee experience and of the quality and innovation degree of the machines.
It is a narrative based on copywriting, graphics, animations and videos, with the purpose of eliciting interest and participation from the community.
We are currently observing an increase in the involvement of fans supporting the brands, highlighted by the volume of interactions and participation in the proposed initiatives.
Today the profiles of the Simonelli Group brands enjoy greater recognition among the sector audience and the content proposals on social channels better respond to the expectations of different targets. The recognition of the brands on markets of great interest to the Group, such as US and Australia, has been strengthened.
